This ensures that commuting allowances are only paid for actual office attendance days, aligning perfectly with your day-to-day operations and keeping your allowances in check.

Here’s why you’ll love this update:

• No more guesswork: import non-office days like holidays, sick leaves, or any other absences into Mbrella. If they're not at the office, they're not on your dime for commutes.
• Fraud prevention: With automatic disabling of non-office days in the Commute Planner, there’s no chance of accidental or fraudulent km claims. Already created trips will get automatically deleted as well.
• Effortless import: Just export your calendar file from your time registration tool, put it in our template format and upload it to Mbrella. In seconds, watch your calendar align with real employee presence. Or automate the import via our SFTP server.
