We’re rolling out a feature that puts the power in the hands of your employees. Now, when they first register on Mbrella, you can allow your employees to pick their own user group and its attached mobility benefits. It’s all about customizing their experience to suit their mobility needs.

This new feature is perfect for companies that believe in giving their employees the freedom to choose their own mobility plan. Whether you’re a daily commuter or an occasional traveler, you can select the user group that best fits your lifestyle. This choice isn’t just a one-time thing; you get to revisit and revise your decision every year, ensuring your mobility plan always matches your current needs.

You have the option to exclude certain employees or groups from making their own selections, ensuring alignment with company policies and roles. For instance, you might decide that your sales team, who are frequently on the road, can not change their user group.

👉 Go to Employees > Groups to activate this free user group choice. When your employees log in in to their Mbrella account, they’ll be prompted to choose their user group during your initial registration or on the annual update.
